The S-EyE is operated at two levels:
Level 1 - forcusing on Individuals and groups

Complementary Training; Incubation; Talent Management

Level 2- focusing on villages / group of villages and regions

Our famed initiative the S-EyE Kenya facilitate villagers, groups and regions to strategically exploit their natural resources and other available resources, to address their challenges (poverty, food scarcity, idleness etc), shine and share their value

The Sharpen & Exploit your Edge (S-EyE) program initiates, designs and builds viable, sustainable and scalable initiatives that facilitate:
Individuals
Groups
Villagers
Regions
etc
to identify, sharpen and exploit their God given edge
to address their challenges
to shine
to make their valuable contribution

The strategies are customized to the need, sustainable and progressive

S-EyE initiatives are built as and where needed
An S-EyE Centre will provide the following among others:

Magisstar EyE Program

An innovative, flexible and versitile program offered in various forms
1. Shine & Share for youth empowerment
2. TaWi A talent and people development program targeting children and TEENs
The word TaWi - short for Talanta Wikendi - is a swahili word for branch. This partly signifies how and when TaWi is mostly operated
3. SYEP - Sharpen your Edge Program
This is a general talent and people development program that facilitates people to identify, sharpen and strategically exploit their God given edge; to address their challenges, shine and make their valuable contribution

ONE-P

ONE-P provides an enabling environment for people to design and build solutions to ONE important problem that affect the society.
It either comes in as a second stage in the Magisstar EyE program or provided as a program on its own.
ONE-P is also an Oportunity for Networking and Exposure including inculcating the 'it's Possible mindset'
Through this program, Magisstar Centre of Influence designs and builds innovative and effective products and programs that address local and global challenges
Be sure to Join in for ONE-P shows - periodically happening at Magisstar Centre of Influence grounds - parading the latest value adding solutions that have been built

Grab-T

Grab a Trade - This program facilitates you to sharpen and strategically utilise your God given edge to
build a trade that yields Profit and Purpose.
It also facilitates you to locate your path in life and make life out of it
The program may also come in as the third stage in the Magisstar EyE program or on its own
